He is from Lumiose City, Kalos.
Personality: Althought he encourages other people he doesn't have much confidence in himself.
Sometimes when the situation is rough he gains confidence and determination. A lot of times he comes off as timid and tends to blush easily in the presence of a girl. Most of the time Phineas is calm and collective, but when certain topics are brought up, lets say in conversation, he gets extremely angry/emotional. When this happens he tries his best to contain it. He has a very deep hatred for Team Flare of course.

Okay, a little world buildin~~
Lumiose City is slowly being taking over by Team flare. They're pulling the strings on everything. Most Policemen don't do anything out of either fear or bribes. They run all of Lumiose. Not many people know that more because its happening in the dark. 3 years later it come apparent that they have indeed taken over the place. Life is still the same but the government is corrupt and ruthless. Just keep your opinions to yourself and agree with them and your all right. Phineas's Parents, didn't do so and were part of an underground rebellion. His parents were killed by a couple of the Team flare members. The city looks completely fine and not dystopian like or anything. It's actually really clean, just corrupted and many issuses happening.

-Doesn't like Poison typed because because that's how his parents were murdered.

Name: Lily-Myth Child
Age: 15
Appearance: 5'0, Short and petite with waist length golden blonde curls and liquid gold eyes. Fair skinned, freckles across nose. Generally wears black shorts and a red lackey edged shirt with a black cat hoodie and black boots. Hair is normally in a ponytail.
Pokemon Team: A luxray named Leto, a Noibat named Angel, a Gengar named Gen, and an Espurr named Enby.
Other: Daughter of the infamous Heph, who took over both Team Rocket and then proceeded to move it to then Hoenn region. Friendly and kid, she's can snap easily if her height is insulted. She has a fiery temper, and a strong sense of right and wrong she is willing to enforce. She was born in Fortree City, but came to Kalos in search of adventure.
Likes: Cats, thrills, the color gold, and sugar.
Dislikes: Anything to do with spiders. -
