He blushed and sighed lightly. "Fine I'll help you put it on. But watch." He undid the back of the dress and looked at her. "Step into the dress and I'll pull it up. Then I'll button the back for you." He then shook his head. "But this is the only time I will help you."

She stepped into the dress and turned so her back faced him, Hmmmm..such strange customs. "So why is this 'dress' required?".

He nodded and started to button up her dress. "Yes. There so people can look civilized."

She chuckled, "Well...your one to be speaking about civilization when your the one who stole an engagemnet ring, and from where I come from, its extremely rude to do such a thing".

He shrugged lightly and buttoned the last button, his hand accidentally touching her skin. "Well sorry lass, you won't be getting it back til you tell me the truth. I don't like liars very much."

She scowled and turned to face him, damn this dress thing feels horrible..., "Listen, I'm getting married in three days. I have no story, just drop me off at the next port and I'll find my way home, you can keep the ring".

"Miss, you don't tell orders her." He stopped for a moment and pointed at himself. "I give orders her and we are sailing away from the islands. You don't have a say in it." He walked over to the chest and unlocked it. He tossed the ring at her. "Keep the stupid thing, it's not even really silver."

She caught the ring and laughed, "Silver? Silver?! My,my your kind must be really cheap", she held the ring up to the light so the dust particles glimmered, "See this? Its called Mahrsayme which in your laguage means moond dust".

He shrugged. "That stuff is worthless, where ever you go it's worthless. More like a petty promise ring." He started to walk out of the room. "Oh and you'll be rooming with me. I don't trust my men around you. Oh and another thing." He turned to look at her. "I don't understand why a girl like you would get married to an idiot who just gives you a petty little promise ring." He opened the door and saw night was starting to fall."Don't go out of this room." He closed the door behind him.

She sighed softly and sat on the bed, Its not like I have any choice in the marriage, he's the Prince, whatever he wants he gets. I don't even like him... For a few moments she sat there, lost in her thoughts.

May had heard the buzz about a new girl and she grinned walking to the captains room silently. Of course...no one would notice her since someone suggested drinking rum to make everyone feel better. Soon she got to the door and opened it quickly getting inside. She turned to see the girl sitting and thinking in deep thought. "Well, when I heard there was another girl onboard, I had to take a look at you." She grinned. Her short blonde hair was kept in a bandanna, her eyes were a baby blue, her skin was a little bit tan and her clothes were what a normal man would wear.

Ara glanced up at the other girl, she looked at her clothes and raised an eyebrow, "Hmmm...how come you don't wear this dreadful thing?".

She snorted unlady like. "Because I hate those dreadful things and I work. Still see you got the captains coat on yah." She pointed to the brown coat. "He was smart to keep you here. They are drinking out there and it's bad really. But on another note! Welcome to The Queen Marie. It's good to have another girl on board." She held her hand out.

She frowned and poked the girl's hand, what a strange gesture..."Well I'm not gonna be here for long, I think they'll either send the serpent of the kraken after this ship", though it'll take a few days, she spent some time in the court and knew they'd argue for at least a week about which beast to send.

The girl blinked and laughed at her. "Funny girl you are eh? Those are just sea shanties that older sailors tell kids about." She smiled lightly. "Want to go out onto the deck? Don't think the boss will mind as long as I keep you away from them and their drinkin." She poked the girl in the forehead. "What do you say miss?"
