"Are you sure? You seem...on edge..." He said as he watched her curiously.

She shrugged. "Nothing." She said softly and walked over to the balacony. She looked out over the city an sighed quietly.

Sighing as well, he stood and walked to the balcony behind her. "Whats wrong? And dont tell me nothing is, cus something is definitely wrong."

She rolle her eyes and crossed her arms over her chest. "I hate this place." She said simply. " She watched the world go by down bellow. "I have this odd feeling about you too."

He froze as his thoughts raced. Does she know about me? s---...She cant... I...I gotta do something. Smiling, he wrapped his arms around her waist and gently kissed her neck. "You can trust me. But...if you're still unsure... Maybe I can help change your mind~"

A small shiver went down her spine and a small smile played at the corner of her lips. "You think you can now do you?" She mused and let herself lean into him. He was so warm and steady.. She didn't want to pull away.

With a nod, he placed a kiss on her neck before a knock on the door was heard. He let her go with a reluctant sigh. "Dammit..."

Letting out an audible sigh she walked towards the door and pulled it open to see who was disturbing them. "What?" She snapped.

He followed behind her and stopped at the sight of some man in a suit and glasses.

Vivian tilted her head slightly with a frown. She didn't think she knew this man. "Who are you?" She said as her frowned deepened.

The man smirked and pulled out a badge, showing it to the both of us. "Im sergeant Long and we have a reason to believe you two are involved with criminals ma'am. I need you to come with me."

Vivian's heart sank at those words. "Okay.. But please excuse him, he just came into town." She gave a small, easy smile. "He dosent even know anything." She lied fluently.

Long glanced at me then back to you. "Fine." Quickly, he took her hand and shook his head. "No, Im coming with you."

Vivian laughed easily. "It's fine dear. You stay here and unpack." She have him a look, meaning save your ass. She then turned and looked back at the Agent.

He dropped his gaze to the floor then shook his head, suddenly remembering that he, too, was a cop. Undercover, but a cop nonetheless.
