Two sounds... Good. -stares at the floor, thinking-
-
Ben: -falls asleep-
-lifts head and yawns- -
-Looks over at her, before standing and heading to the kitchen, where he shifted and got a piece of jerky, that he brought back to her-
-
-yaps and grabs it in tiny teeth-
-
-smiles, and scratches the top of her head for a second, before drifting towards the library-
-
-shifts and walks after him- I like books~
Scarlet: -bent over an old leather book- -
-Stops and looks at her- That's good, Ally. How far along are you, Scarlet?
-
Will you read me a story? -tugs on Archs shirt-
Scarlet: Not to bad. I'm about to go to my cabin to get the herbs and such. -stands- -
You have a fast way of getting there? I can open a portal for you. -smiles down at her- I think I could. -Crouches down and points to a bookshelf- There's a steel case, it has a book in there. Could you bring it to me?
-
Scarlet: -watches them- You'll make a good dad. -smiles and flips her cloak up- I have my ways~ -dissapears in a tiny whirl wind of raven feathers-
-walks towards the shelf- This one..? -shows him the case- -
-Shakes his head and looks at Ally, smiling- Yeah, that one. -takes the case and pulls out a thick black book. He picked her up and sat down in a wingback chair with her, opening the book to a page deep inside it-
-
What's it called? -snuggles into his arm-
~
Scarlet: -walks into her house and starts to find herbs- -
It isn't titled. -starts to read- 'He stood, in the red light of the Valkeries bay, ready to jump into the unknown. When the hatch finally opened, he jumped, landing and rolling to slow. The massive aircraft increased power, and left. A thin layer of snow covered the ground, and he moved up into the mountains.'
-
Why dosent he fly? -yawns-
-
Because he can't find a place to land otherwise. -he knew this story very well. It was his, after all- 'After twenty minutes of hiking, he found a waterfall. From behind it, a woman stepped out. She was shorter than him, and had long dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. "I need your help," he said. "I've been cloned, and I need to track them down, and get rid of them." "Sit," she told him, pointing to a rock bench. Once they were down, he explained. "There's thirty of them, all across the planet." Her eyes turned red, and she leaned forward and inhaled. "Now I have your scent," she said, "I'm sorry, but your blood smells... Delicious..." It had disturbed him then. But he didn't realize he'd just started the greatest adventure of his life.'
