(Okay. So Gavin is this normal kid. Both of his parents were werewolves, but he's grown up in Foster care and never knew them. He recently and accidentally shifted and now there's a whole bunch of government officials after him. He lost control in public. He's naturally a pretty kind guy, and he didn't have any reason to be bitter, so he didn't kill or hurt anyone, he just scared the crap out of some people. And the government's after him now.
He teleported to them unknowingly, he was so scared he triggered a reflex teleport to the Institute. ) -
