He spun around and then relaxed when he found a petite girl. He blinked slowly. "Yeah.. I am." He said looking over to the tear in his tan skin. He then looks down at her. "And you looked scared, and you should be home."
-
She rolled her eyes and grabbed his arm. "Sorry but that looks like it hurt and I don't think you want to go to the hospital." She started to try and drag him in the direction of her apartment.
-
He couldn't help but chuckle and slowly walked behind her as if he was being dragged. "Your some who dosent take no for an answer I'm guessing." He took in her physical form and blinked once. He sighed quietly knowing she would eventually pull away once his scarred form was in the light.
-
"Funny how you guessed right on that." She knew she couldn't take a bleeding guy through the lobby of the apartment. The fire escape was the next best thing. She took him into the alley and tried to reach for the fire escape ladder.
-
"Here." He gentle pushed her aside and reched up easily and pulled down the latter. "Ladies first." He backed away and held out one hand with a slight bow. A light smile played on his lips as he watched her. But even though he looked calm his whole body was on alert and ready for any action.
(Lets say we are in.. New York City? Or New Jersey?) -
(New York, definitely.)
She blushed lightly and climbed up the stairs. "You know it should have been injured guy first." She kept going until she got to the second floor window. "Hurry up! My neighbors might see you." -
He chuckled and sped up the ladder faster then she did. "You were saying?" He asked looking down at her with a smirk. Once they got to her window he opens it up for it but let her go in first.
-
She rolled her eyes and got into her apartment. "Make yourself at home. I'll go get my first aid kit to fix your arm." She walked to her bathroom and looked around for it.
-
He looked around and saw some photos on a table. He picked one up and looked at the black framed photo of what looked like a young version of the girl with two smiling parents. "Cute." He said softly and put it back before sitting down at the kitchen table.
-
She finally found it and walked out of the bathroom. She saw him in the kitchen and sat down next to him. There was some light in the apartment, so she could she it perfectly. She brought a sewing needle and a thread from the kit along with rubbing alcohol. "Okay...this might hurt." She gently dumped the alcohol on the wound.
-
He didn't say a word. "Hold on." He stood up and pulled his hoodie and shirt off so she could get to the wound better. Scars laced his body in every length and shape. Some crossed without ending and other went short. He looked stitched together. He sat back down and offers her his shoulder, his chest facing hers.
-
She blushed lightly and started sewing the wound closed. She was kinda glad that she learned how to fix someone. She didn't mind his scars. She's seen worse.
-
He closed his eyes as she worked but he didn't flinch or move. He breathed evenly and opened his eyes when she was done. Walking to the sink he began to clean off the blood from his arm. "Thank you." He said softly and yawned before grabbing his shirt and pulling it over his muscular form and grabbing his hoodie he headed towards the window ready to slip away.
-
She bit her lip and though for a moment. "Er wait! Why don't you stay here? I mean it's the least I can still do." She had a small blush on her face.
-
He twisted to look at her and a smile played on his lips. "Thank you." He said quietly. He was mostly soft spoken towards her. He rubbed the back of his neck with one hand absentmindedly. "Why? Why did you help me?" his eyes lifted from ground and met her grey eyes with his green and brown ones.
