So far? No one. -closes her book and chuckles- I've collect books over time no matter if there realistic or not. I like the smell of books.
-
What I figured. *Closes the book and reshelves it* The smell of books is extremely calming, I suppose. Full of knowledge.and adventure.
-
Reading helps me so much. -smiles sadly- It opens up a world for those who love reading and gives up something better to do. Escape.
-
*Nods* I don't have as much time for it as I'd like. But I do love it, the escaping.
-
-Portals back, in his western-style battle gear: jeans, duster, armored shirt- Hey, guys.
-
*Nods at Arch* Hey.
-
-Nods- Hey, Lone. I just finished up planning. -Finds a nice piece of wall and leans against it-
-
(As opposed to a mean piece of wall?)
Great. Now it's just waiting, I suppose. *Flips through another book absentmindedly* -
(Nice, flat, unoccupied wall)
-Sighs- Yep. -Closes his eyes and thinks- You know who I miss? 52. -
(I was being sarcastic.)
Yeah. It's different without him around. *Sighs, closing the book* How'd he die? -
We got caught behind an army, I told him to go, but he stayed with me. -Closes his eyes, seeing that scene- Mortar shell fell really close... He died of blood loss from the shrapnel.
-
Not surprising that that's how he died. He was always loyal to you. *Rubs eyes together* Out of all the people to die...
-
You two were close? -Opens his eyes-
-
*Shrugs* A bit, I suppose. He helped me out once when an agent from the government found me. He was a good friend. Always real loyal.
-
One of our flaws. -smirks- Yeah, he was a good kid. But I have to help A look out for Ben now.
