Thread Topic: She stumbled upon
-
-
Her body swayed as a shiver ran down the length of her spine. She sat on a rock a single red Rose held in her hands. "..." Her dark brown eyes were wet with unsure tears. Biting her lower lip she breathed deeply trying to rid herself of the haunting pain.
-
Pulling her knees to her chest and holding herself tightly she buried her face into her arms.
-
She saw said person.
She huggled said person. "Everything will be okay." She whispered in the person's ear.
(I'm assuming it's you...) -
Yea..))
She sniffles snuggling into the girls arms. "It's just..." She sniffles. "I miss him." He whispers softly. -
She sighed, cuddling Ally tightly. "I know. Just try and focus on the memories," she paused, "go ahead and let everything out if you want."
-
"I just don't know what to do." She said, tears streaming down her face though she made no noise. "It gets to the part where I just miss him and worry about everything." She sighed softly "I worry about my mom, financial stuff, holidays coming up."
-
"There's nothing you can do about it. Just try and stay strong-- for him, for your mom. Somehow everything will turn out alright. You just have to worry about today. Leave tomorrow for tomorrow." Her eyes were glistening too, althpugh no tears fell.
-
*Although
-
"Thank you." She whispers as her breathing slows and small hiccups replace the heavy tears and heavy breathing. "I just feel so empty..."
-
She cuddled Ally once more, and smiled sadly. "The most I can do is be there for my friends, right? I know how you feel. But everything will turn out okay. You'll always remember him. You won't ever forget him. But the pain will become more dull. Right now it's best to just let the sharper pain play its course."
-
"How can things so cruel happen to the best of people?" Leans back on tree and looks up at the sky and rubs her face dry.
-
She propped her back against the tree as well. "I hardly know. I doubt anyone does. But I bet bad things happen to the worst of people, too. It's just a matter of perspective. You've just got to keep going. Just keep trying." She looked at the sky, then back at Ally.
-
Sighs softly "I feel better." She attempted to smile and it half way worked. "It just comes and go like an ocean." Shrugs slightly before looking at her back.
-
"Grief is like that. I'm always here if you want to talk." She blinked once at Ally, then turned her gaze back onto the ground.
