Ben hugged her lightly, and wondered if he could dreamwalk.

Her body went stiff before relaxing and curling into him. She wanted away from whatever was haunting her in he dreaming state.

Ben closed his eyes, concentrating on entering her dream to help her.

She nuzzled into his chest and grinned his shirt in her hands.
A fire raged around her and voices screamed her name. "Stop." She whispers looking frantic with no where to go. Burning hands and faces reached out towards her brushing agains her skin and leaving marks. -
"Ali!" Ben shouted in her dream, human again. He ran to her, through the fire.

"Ben!" She screamed in pure terror and wrapped her arms around him sobbing. "I killed them Ben." She whispers. "These are the people I killed."

He hugged her, pressing his face to her head. "I'm here. I always will be," he promised, glaring at the flames and willing them away.

Him being a fledging brought up her memories of when she had taken so many lives. In the waking world she woke up whimpering and shot up looking around wildly for the flames and hands coming for her.

He woke as well, holding her tightly, "its okay," he whispered.

"It's my fault." Ali whispers closing her eyes and holding into him for dear life.

"No," he whispered. "Its not your fault. If you hadn't, we wouldn't be here."

She closed her eyes and slowly stopped crying and shaking. "I killed them." She said quietly. "I killed them all."

"It doesn't change anything," he whispered. "I love you."

She buried her face into his neck and tried to calm down. "I love you too.." She said quietly and closed her eyes and her body slumped.

He didn't say anything, holding her as close as he could.
