Ben shut up, so she could listen.

Ali yawned and frowned. "Three are leaving tonight but I don't know if they will be back." Opens eyes.

"Three less we have to worry about," he thought.

She nodded. "True.." She rolled her eyes "Stupid boys.." Two of the younger ones were messing around in her room.

He took a deep breath, "I almost want them to come back in so we can hurry up and kick some ass."

She chuckled softly. "Yeah well we can't always do something. It's better to wait it out."

He shrugged, "guess so... How many of these situations have you been in?"

"A few times.." A shiver ran down her spine. "More then I would like." She sighed quietly.

He nodded, "never in your own home, though."

A sad but cruel smile flashed across her face. "Yeah.. This has happened before but different time and situations."

He blew out a breath. "I'm sorry."

Shrugs. "You didn't know. Just relax and sleep for now." She closed her eyes an started to drift off.

He nodded, and went back to thinking. Falling very slowly into sleep.

She awoke to a scratching noise. Flinching she listened closer and realized the omega was dying slowly.

Ben barely heard it, but stayed in his semi-sleep state.
