He chuckled lightly and kissed her temple. "You name her whatever you want...wait how do you know it's a girl?"
She blushed lightly. "I don't know what it was." She got up and stayed behind Cat and Jane. -
"Just a guess", she shrugged and rubbed the horse's neck, "Intuition"
He got up and followed behind her, lightly smirking, "That's too bad" -
He smiled. "I see. Well...you can chose a name. I'm...bad with girl names."
She blushed more and kept walking. -
"Reika", she looked around at their surroundings, "I think this looks like a good spot"
He trotted behind her, a smile on his wolfy face -
He stopped the horse and got off. Her lifted her up off the saddle. "Alright I'll set up the tents." He smiled and went to set them up.
Gwen stopped and felt Chase run into her. "Hey maybe you could help Cat set up the tents." -
"Okay", she smiled and tended to thhe horse, brushing its fur.
"Sure", Chase said walking to help Ben -
Gwen walked over to Jane. "he's going to show you his curse...isn't he?"
Ben had already started putting up one. "Chase put up the other tent please." -
"Its a curse?...but yes, he is"
Chase began to set up the tent, placing it under a tree. -
She nodded her head yes. "It came from his mother's side of the family. it's...a dangerous curse. My mother tried to get rid of it but..." She unwrapped her arm that usually had a wrap on it and revealed three diagonal claw marks.
He kept working on the tent and put it up quickly. "Well it seems I'm done." -
She frowned at the scars, feeling even more curious than before.
"I gather you have more practice than me", he said, pulling together the wonky tent -
She wrapped her arm back up. "Don't tell Chase...I don't want him to get upset." She smiled at Jane."Lets both hope the beast doesn't hurt you...he'd never forgave himself for hurting me."
Ben chuckled and fixed Chase's tent." there. That is your tent," he pointed at the one he put up. "That one is mine." -
I nodded my head and smiled, "I trust him"
"Thanks", Chase said patting Ben's back, "Oh and..I'm guessing you and Jane were having some serious talk back there", he smiled reassuringly, "Good luck", he said darting into his tent -
Gwen smiled and walked away. "Good luck hon." She nodded to Ben and got into the tent after Chase.
Ben walked over to Jane and hugged her gently. "You sure you want to see that thing, the curse on me...?" -
Chase sat on the sleeping bag, monk style
She hugged him back, "Yes, I trust you", she looked at him and smiled at him. -
Gwen sat in front of him and smiled lightly.
Ben smiled and pulled away gently. "Just...stay still and don't...move." He closed his eyes and grabbed his head in pain. Dark fur traveled all over his exposed skin. He shirt tore a bit and bones snapped and reshaped, looking more nimble and cat like. His eyes dilated and looked more cat like. Claws grew from his fingers. His face morphed into a cat face and his ears appeared on his head. He blinked his cat eyes at her and a growl escaped from his throat and he showed his teeth.
