He thought for a second again. "Hm...now that is hard to explain how it was interesting when it still is." He smiled at her hoping to calm her nervousness.

"O-oh." She managed, finally looking up at him with direct eye contact. "When did you become an angel? Or were you born one?"

"Well I was born one. Technically created." He smiled. "I don't remember much, but I grew up like you normally would, just with more holy stuff."

"I see." She shifted then look away, her eyes moving towards his back. "You can...fly, right?"

He chuckled lightly. "Yes I can fly Jolene. They aren't just an accessory."

She frowned then continued in a low whisper. "Then you can fly....home."

He looked at her. "I have nothing left for me there. Thats why I started sailing."

She looked back up at him and embraced him. She smiled.

He smiled and hugged her back. "Trust me I'd never want to leave here."

"I know...but I want to. I've been here for years and was hoping I would visit somewhere else..." She paused.

He smiled lightly and nuzzled her cheek. "Maybe one day...I'll take you off the island."

"I'll like that." She smiled. "Thank you, Edward."

"Your welcome Jolene, anything for you." He smiled back.

She lightly pecked his cheek and pulled away, smiling.
