  I hear the bell ring and i head off to gym.

  I get up and head to gym and I change.Then i head out to the field.

  I get dressed out. As soon as i get there the coach is telling the boys class the rules. As if we didn't know them. When we're done we head to the field and jpg about 5 miles for a warm up.

  I strech then I get up and start to jog around the field.
