She blushed and looked away from him. She glanced up at the screens and saw all the other districts be shown off. -

District 4 had sparkling silver and dark blue outfits. District 8 had army design. District 2 looked intimidating, the guy was someone he would need to look out for. -
(rawr!)
She gripped his hand a bit tighter and glanced at the crowd. They were all going to watch everyone or some of these competitors die in the game. it was sick. -
He took a deep breath and smiled until it was over.

Evan saw that the chariot had come to a stop. She glanced up and saw president Snow. He always looked...unsettling to her on the TV.

All the chariots lined up in a line infront of the crowd.

She leaned on Daniel a bit. President Snow went on about how he welcomed them all.

He smiled down at her and looked up at president snow. He looked crazy, as always.

She blushes and heard President Snow say those chilling words."And may the odds be ever in your favor." She never liked when he said that. The chariots started to pull away.

He shivered as President snow said the last words. Their chariot came to a stop infront of 2 white doors to their suite. "I'm glad that's over...." he mumbled.

"Yeah..." She blushed deeply and pulled her hand away from his.

Effie swung the doors inwards to reveal a huge room with dark red walls, and a long table with more food infront of them. "Welcome!"

Evan looked around in awe. Somehow the capital always seem to surprise her.

He pushed past Effie and sat down at the table with Haymitch.

Evan sat down at the table and glanced at the food. She didn't feel like eating again. She was glad Lilith wasn't here to force feed her.
