He rolled his eyes and pulled her closer to him, kissing her passionately with everything he had.

Evan's eyes widened a bit, but closed slowly. She kissed him back and wrapped her arms around his neck.

He smiled under this kiss and wrapped his arms around her.

She pulled away from him. "No! I-I can't!" She backed away from him and ran down the stairs.

He sighed and sat down on the roof, biting his lip.

Evan ran to her room and slammed the door shut. She slid down and curled up into a ball shaking.

He put his head in his hands. He shouldn't of let himself get so close to her. One or both of them would die in the games, but he knew one thing. If they crossed paths, he would NOT kill her.

She didn't notice the tears flowing down her face. " I-I can't get c-close to him!" She knew this game was a goddamn curse.

"DAMMIT...." He sighed, walking down the stairs.

Evan slowly stood up and walked over to her bed. She fell onto it. "I just...can't." -
He slowly walked to Evans room, ignoring Haymitch and the other people eating. "Evan?" He asked softly.

"Go away..." The door muffled her voice.

He tried to open the door, but realized it was locked. "Evan, open the door."

"I said go away...you know what just leave me alone..."

He sighed and slid down her door.
