He slipped his hand in hers and led her out. -
(its ok)
She smiled and looked down at there hands."Hey you don't think a kaide will get in our way?" She looked around nervously. -
"No I dont think so." He pulled her down the steps and stepped outside shield limits.

"That felt weird." She let him lead her.

"The air is denser out here. The air thins and cleanses when it passes through the shield." He looked around and took deep breaths.

"I was so used to that air all those years." She laughed a little then coughed.

"I know. Im used to both. I was the hunter of our little town anyway." He warily treked through the abandoned and overgrown portion of the city.

"Cool." I followed as he made a path for us.

He heard a slight rumble underground but it sounded miles away. "Be careful."

"Ok." She looked down and ahead of there path to make sure.

He heard it again. A lot closer this time. "Woah woah wait...hear that?"

"Ya, you think we should reroute?" She asked looking around cautiously.

"We cant." He pointed to a few other streets which were either to destroyed to navigate or covered in debris.,"Only this way for now..."

"Ok." She kept a good grip on his hand following him where he took her.
