Basically, do you want psycological horror (where the fear resides in one's head), slasher (think freddy krueger or chucky), or something modern like zombies.

C1: Charrie 1
C2: Charrie 2
C1 was alone all his/her life. He/she had no friends, but who would be friends with the kid with autism? As a child, C1 had an imaginary friend that always drove her/his to dothings, such as murder her/his own pet. Then, C1's mom gave her pills to make the imaginary friend go away forever.Years later, C1 is older and has new friends, like C2. C2 has to save C1 from falling back into his/her mind, trapped in his/her imagination forever.
During this, C2 starts seeing things also and is almost driven off the edge with insanity. Will C2 overcome this to save his/her friend, or will he/she join C1 in the prison of their minds?
