The UN has been attempting to create the perfect soldier for years. Now that the Spartan syrum has been tested, with disasterous results, the Spartan II syrum has been created. It enhances the users speed, intelligence, strength, and stamina. These soldiers now battle the insurgents bent on the destruction of the UNSC (run by UN). And they must eventually face a threat that just might end life as we know it.
(Based off Halo but little knowledge of Halo is needed)
