The year is 2050. Plastic surgery has been replaced by genetic engineering. The younger generations in this society don't view genetic engineering as a way of enhancing their appearance, it's just normal for them. Nearly everyone in this society has some animal body part (cats - ears and tail, dogs - ears and tail, birds - wings, etc.), and the people who don't are seen as abnormal.
I have three characters, but only two that I would actually use. Anyone in? -

Alright, cool. So, I'll start.
By the way, Amelia and Harley flirt a lot but are not together. They're just best friends.
Amelia woke up in Harley's house. Again. She sat up, looking out the window. Harley was outside, sitting on the ground with his wings out. Amelia sighed and looked at her arm. She had some pretty deep cuts from a fight she'd gotten into, but they were healing well. They still hurt a lot, though. -
Bane walked down the street, Kitsu at his heels. He hated the glances Kitsu got, but they never seemed to bother her. She just grinned, nibbling on the muffin she had in her hand.

Amelia stood up and walked outside, standing next to Harley. He looked up at her, smiling.
"Hey, Lia."
Amelia rolled her eyes. "You're the only one who can get away with calling me that." -
Bane stopped when a certain Inu started making comments about his sister. He turned toward him, eyes narrowed, ears flattened.
"Would you like to repeat that, Soln?" -
Harley grinned. "Cuz you love me."
Amelia stuck out her tongue. "Whatever. Hey, I'm hungry. Feed me."
"You're fully capable of walking to the kitchen, you know," Harley replied, rolling his eyes.
"There's nothing in the fridge, Harley. We didn't eat dinner last night," Amelia sighed. -

Sloan smirked, tail twitching. "Not really. I don't have time for either of you, so just back down."
"Not likely."He growled.
Kitsu watched them both, sighing. Boys.. -
BLAME THE SLOTHS.
Harley sighed, standing up. "Right. Alright, come on, Cat, we're going shopping."
Amelia pouted. "How would you like it if I called you 'Bird?'"
Harley shook his head. "Whatever. Come on, Amelia."
Amelia sighed and grabbed onto Harley's arm, walking towards town with him. -

Sloan sighed, and watched Bane carefully. "Calm down kitty, sheesh."
