  It disgusts me that you think you are going to Heaven just because you "gave yourself to God" and that being a good person doesn't seem to matter.

  Tongue has a point there. I think being a good person is what usually gets you into heaven.

  Buddha is not god, there is no god, he is the enlightened one, and his philosiphy's help people live their lives.

  Yea I don't believe Buddha is a god, I was just saying some branches of Buddhism veiw him as a god.

  Hikky is right. He's not a God, and some people confuse Buddha, and think that Buddhist consider him a God, but they don't. He's just a big example for other people.
