How do I tell my dad that I don't want to go to church ._. It's kind of against my religion, I'm afraid of his reaction. How do I let him down?

Hate to say it, but don't. Go to church and all that jazz, but when you're old enough to make your own decisions and all, then you tell them. Of course, this is the easy way out, so you might not like it.
You could always corner him: Ask questions that he could not have an answer to, but make it sound more curious than intimidating. After a few of those questions, just ask why is there so many things that {place religion here} can't answer? This will ope up to conversation, where you can improvise the rest and let it slip that you're a "non-believer" through this.

but man im an offensive basturd, I literally refered to the church as "I refuse to be infiltrated with those kinds of people"
