When you say you'll be praying for someone or something along those lines, do you actually do it?

i don't think it's just Christians. i know some Mormons and Catholics that say that as well, but i always end up with worse luck, are they secretly hoping that something bad happened? i need to know now...

When I say I’m going to pray for someone I self consciously pray for them throughout the day hoping they will get better. If they don’t ask me to pray for them then I am actually more likely to pray for them and indulge in actual prayer like my friend Hope. Her grandpa how died his favorite bible verse was John 10:10 and whenever she sees the time is 10:10 she thinks about him. So now after she told me this I pray for her at 10:10 every time I see it’s 10:10

I do, because it's a promise and I don't break promises. I usually pray for them right in that moment in case I forget, and try to pray for them later as well
