Are there different levels of sin?

In my mind, there are...but my mom says that all sin is equally bad in God's eyes. :/
In my mind, just stupid stuff like stealing candy, annoying somebody, or cursing is level 1.
Purposely harming somebody, bullying, and stealing something sorta valuable (Worth 10 - 25 dollars, probably) is level 2.
Stealing something VERY valuable, breaking and entering, and hacking into computers is level 3.
Murder, torture, terrorist-type stuff, and animal abuse are level 4.
That's how it's kinda set up in my mind, although...like my mom said...all sin is equal in God's eyes. xD -
What about mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know if I should say it.

I made that descision half based on my true opinion, and half based on the fact that multiple people on GTQ are bi/gay. xD
