Lds/Mormon
It’s a type of Christian religion, but we’re a bit different -
I don't really have a religion. My family is Christian, I read the bible, but I don't believe in that stuff.
-
I'm omnist
-
im christian but im not super religious and like "THE LORD IS COMING!" and stuff
-
I am a Christian (but since that can be such a broad term I'll clarify a bit)
I believe all that the Bible says, that Jesus (who is God) died on the cross to take the punishment for our sins and that anyone who believes in him will not go to hell after they die but will live forever in heaven. <3
[I don't mean to sound quote-y but this is a summary of what I believe. :) ] -
My family's Christian but they're homophobes
My belief is that when I die I'll come back as a dog.... I hope. -
I'm either a pagan or an atheist.
-
Nope, pretty sure I'm an atheist.
-
Christian but not like that religious just christian
-
I believe in God
God is love
Jesus died for me on the cross
I'm forgiven
I will have eternal life in heaven
That's what I believe in -
Nixonism/The way of the Phoenix (yeah my profile shows it as clear as the rising sun)
The way of the Phoenix is one based on on the principle of moving via rebirth. Every man/woman must be reborn by constantly becoming better versions of ourselves. Naturally we followers of the Phoenix See getting our ashes wet (aka Sin in christian terms) as a challenge that must be overcome and not a fault of somebody.
This has caused in some cases, People to annoyed by the fact we wont judge someone Vocally but the truth is. it goes against our way because we must not find ourselves as getting our ashes anymore wet than they have to be. Judgement is drenched (aka a sin again) because instead ignoring or helping they are discouraging people from improving.
Its more of a guide than a religion. We don't worship some entity in the sky. Its more of a symbol. Judgment being Improper we often let Social Darwinism (naturally not influentially "that would be eugenics") take hold. A lot of what we do is mind our own business as long as the topic doesn't affect us personally or in other cases something like family.
The bird is nothing more than that of a symbol than a god because we know the Phoenix isn't "real".
This leads hardcore followers like me to hate jury duty -
Wait, if you don't mind me asking, if the Pheonix isn't "real", why is your religion based on it?
-
It rises from a bit of nihilism/absurdism and is guide to peace if love can not be found. Its basic sense a way of focusing on one helping themselves. we want a world were someone's opinions are a right and what they practice is a right. The Phoenix Is a mere symbol.
