Is it REALLY wrong to be an atheist? I mean, it's not like I'm HURTING my friends by being an atheist!!!

Just stick with the religion you feel comfortable with,just follow your beliefs

No religion is wrong. It becomes bad when you try to force your religious beliefs, or any beliefs for that matter, down someone else's throats. Everyone is entitled to their own set of beliefs. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about it.

This is the part where I say "Just don't force your beliefs on others" but I really can't just say that and actually mean it
