._. I just can't understand why someone would do such cruel things, to living beings that are so defenseless. It's like being so far gone you have no respect for innocence anymore.

Indeed. It's like sexually abusing a child...No defense. The child is likely scarred for eternity and his/her innocence was stripped away by force. In most cases, killing animals isn't much a crime unless you make them suffer, but trying to cook and eat a domestic animal is just disturbingly and disgustingly wrong...

Reminds me of that time when I found one of my kittens halfway melted on a sidewalk. They were still alive, but I couldn't get them off the sidewalk. I was 7 at the time. I think I decided to kill it out of mercy or something.

I watched an animal abuse video. I cried. It was brutal. The cows were being electrified on the head, chicken were being beat with a large stick, chickens had their heads cut off and hanged, chicks were being kept in buckets and drowned, puppies were being thrown in a river. I. Am. Scarred.
