Agreed with DaughterOfApollo, except that I wouldn't even bother saving both. I would just save the animal and leave. Animals are smarter than us. I don't give a f--- what the Bible says about humans ruling animals, that's f---ing animal slavery. They deserve better. They ARE better. We humans, are the sinners ruining this planet. WE should be the ones that should die. Not the animals.

Exactly what Kirby said. Animals don't sin, but we do. If I saw my dog, Bama, next to a beaten up kid, I would take Bama without hesitation. What you, (PurpleCherries), don't know is that we animal lovers would choose the animal over the child. It's who we are and you shouldn't be telling us that we're sick and wrong for choosing the animal. It is who we are!! So live with it!! NOT EVERYONE is going to pick the child.

Actually, humans can save lives too. Humans can do pretty much everything animals can do and more. So animals are NOT smarter than humans. Can animals invent microwaves? No. All animals do are lay around, poop and pee everywhere, and depend fully on their owners or parents. At least humans would grow up and actually be useful for something.
Would you kill your parents to save an animal? If so, that is just really sad. And you would take the perfectly healthy dog instead of the beaten up kid? Would you like that to be done to you? Have another human (for example your best friend or parent) pick up the perfectly healthy animal instead of you? People take animals too seriously. -

NOT TRUE! Beavers, when they build dams, make natural filters and wetlands that keep forests blooming and in turn, help humans by providing them with fresh water, healthy fish and other prey animals, and trees which filter the air and provide oxygen. Also, beavers are wild, not depending on owners, and they leave when they are fully mature to find a mate and build a house to live on their own.

LOL PurpleCherries. I'll say this in DaughterOfApollo's defense. Anyway, animals don't just "lay around, poop and pee everywhere". You're just ignorant because you've never been around animals in your life. I've been involved with cats, dogs, horses and many, many other animals and I can say for sure that they bring their owners joy and happiness. My animals have shimmered that lazy nature out of me. I have to wake up at 6 in the morning to feed and groom my horses, then feed my cats and herd the cattle.
It is scientifically proven that animals are smarter than the average human. And 6_6 sick, animals do it for protection and defense. They claw, bite, scratch etc for their own defense. Whereas we humans, we can manage to kill and hurt others for entertainment and fun.
And yes, I would take a perfectly healthy dog instead of a beaten up kid. Feel free to call me a b----, because I love dogs anyways so that's a compliment.
As I said before, a child that you saved could grow up to be a rapist, serial killer or drug dealer. Animals aren't capable of doing that so it's better safe than sorry. You just don't understand because you aren't an animal lover. Animal lovers are righteous and good-natured people :)
And people take animals "too seriously", is because that they don't sin, and don't f--- up our world like we have. Animals are the best, deal with it. -
@Purplecherries: I understand your anger but animals do much more than pee and poop. They have been known to save lives and prevent disaster. They're beautiful creatures and deserve recognition.

-Ange.Yeah,not always for food.A while back I believe I saw two canines ripping a feline to shreds,like literally they each had one end.Did the dogs eat it? No,they left it there.Thats just one example.
I mean I get that you love animals and stuff(dont get wrong I love them too) but I think you should back off people as well,I mean like not EVERYONE you see is a serial killer,are you a serial killer? Do you rape kids? No. Stoned to death? Yeah that was back in the f---ing medevil times.The only stoning going on now is teenagers on the street with pot.Why do you think there are so many animal shelters? So many f---ing fundraisers for animals? 6 6 sick: I agree partially with you. Not ALL humans are completely savage but we all have evil in us.
Sadly people being stoned to death did not just happen in medievil times. It is happening at the moment in Afghanistan. Since the Talian have taken over, everything has gone downhill at a dramatic and recording pace. In Afghanistan woman are discarded as property and aren't allowed an education. They are treated horrifically.
Children are stolen and forced to go out in the mine field where they are blown up. -

6 6 sick: I know. It's horrible what's happening over in Afghanistan. I can't even begin to imagine what they must be going through. It's also horrible about the rape I spoke about before. The torture they must go through can not be understood by us and is completely foreign.
I understand you wanting to get your opinion out there. I do exactly the same thing. As I said before though. If I could only save one, an animal or human, I would save the human.
