Not heights, not falling, hitting the ground after.
Today I was at another school for an away track meet and their bleachers were really high with giant gaps between the seats. I mentioned to the team "Nobody push me or I will sue" and I also said the thing about falling/heights/ground. So this guy pushed me and I stumbled, but didn't fall. I mumbled, "I swear I'm going to cry" then started crying. I was terified and having a panic/anxiety attack. I cried for half and hour and couldn't breathe or talk. -
Its okay. Its over now. They know not to push you know.

If there's one thing I know, don't tell anyone at school that you have fears. They will jump on the chance to make you look s---ty like rabid piranhas. I know from experience.

Yeah I always knew telling people at school the you have fears is not a good idea

I did that exact same thing. My best friend actually pushed me off though and I screamed because I broke my arm because I landed on it weird. I still got up trying to kill her, but I got disqualified from my volleyball game. -.- But I agree with them. Don't tell them and they won't notice that anything is wrong.
