irishlass17 Newbieso last night i was hanging out in my room it was really late and i was listening to my music when all of a sudden a feeling of paranoia came over me. i don't know why it just somehow got into my head that someone or something was watching me and the odd thing is my mom and my mom's boyfriend were home also so i was'nt alone there was no reson for it. i've been thinking about alot this is the first time it's happen to me and i'm scared that it will happen to me again what do i do.

I have a paranoid anxiety disorder thing. I know how you feel.
The key is to just take your mind of it. Take deep breaths, and don't think about it. Chances are- it won't happen again. If it does, just do what I said. :P Not the best advice, but whatever. -
I have paranoia of keeping up with things. o.o
Whenever i have my phone, iPod, or something else with me, I check like every 30 seconds to see if it's still there. -
Same with me.

The best cure here, in my opinion, is to step up and look around to make sure there is no one watching you or else your mind won't relax and the feeling will definitely come to you again, in simple terms you need to prove to your mind that there is no one there... You got to stand up to your fear, which only you know of

The same feeling comes over me.
Partly to do with all the horror movies I watch.But just turn on a light, if it's late, and look around. Tell yourself there's no one there and try to relax your mind. Don't think about it, because they would most likely be other signs if you were really being watched. And the chances are slim that you would be. -
