My dad always touches me and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I've asked him nicely and not so nicely to stop. The most recent time was last night ans he said, "Why?" I told him it makes me uncomfortable and I don't like it. He won't stop.
This isn't only weird for me, but when my sister says, "Don't touch me! >:(" he listens and he stops touching her for a while. But he does it again at least a few days later. -
how does he touch you? Under the circumstances many things could go on.....

He touches my hair, my leg usually near my knee (when I have to go on car rides with him), my upper leg (when I'm in my bed and he follows me to 'tuck me in'. I'm 12 so I find it uneeded), sometimes when he comes to 'tuck me in' he touches my chest. My back and my neck. Once he lifted the back of my shirt while I was wearing pajamas to show my mom how tan my back is, but it was still uncomfortable for me.

Er,I'd keep your gaurd up.If things seem to get more 'serious' I'd go and talk to someone who you know and trust,or report it.Fast.

tongue AdvancedYea, you need to tell someone about this, like your mother. The police can't do anything with what you described, but it's pretty clear where this is going. Tell your mother, and maybe confront your Dad too, and if anything really serious happens, go straight to the police.

Horseluver JuniorThat's scary, if a firm no doesn't do the trick, next time he touches you, like, in a BAD way, I suggest a slap in the face. But you don't have to if you don't want to.

tongue AdvancedI actually hadn't read all the places he touched you. Upper leg and chest would probably constitute sexual molestation. So I'd say go to the police before it gets worse.

I can't go to my mom and I don't trust any adults. I've already almost gotten my dad arrested once when I was in first grade and my family has never let it go. If I actually do get him arrested, probably not good for me.

I think adults are the ones who can properly assist you. Do you know at least one trustworthy, responsible adult to go to? You mentioned that if you're dad gets arrested it won't be good for you; think about if you don't get him arrested!

@teresa- Do you have a counseler or someone like that you could talk to about it? -
@Leah If I got my dad arrested my mom would probably kill me! My parents (sorry if I sound like I'm overeacting) hate me!
@Harp The school councilor would have to call the police and there's no one else I could tell. I wouldn't trust anyone that has to do with the school and if I went to a doctor or professional councilor my mom would flip out. -
how did you almost get you dad arrested?
