I know it's silly and stupid, but I think about it when I hold random objects like sharp pencils, knifes, or who knows what. I don't want to tell my parents, but I keep the thoughts to my self and I push them away, but how long can I keep it hidden?

Ugh,I can feel that way sometimes XP its usually me who I end up hurting though.I just play guitar or do other hands on things that keep me busy,works most of the time.

OK, I usaly go on the computer and type to people here and on other sights. But sometimes I twitch, I think it's because I can't sit still or something else.

everything gets really graphic in my mind, sometimes i get these weird visions of gouging someones eyeballs out with my own fingers, it scares even ME e_e'

Nothing's wrong with you...unless you act out, mimicking your thoughts. Then you're a loopy one. :P
