If you're not doctor diagnosed then you don't have any of those, having mental illnesses isn't a f---ing trend, hell I have to hide it so the doctors don't think something's up.

If you don't have an actual diagnosis don't say you have a disorder, it takes attention from people who need it more than you do.

I have hereditary low grade insomnia. I knew I had it because it was all over my moms side of the family, but I got a diagnosis just to be sure. Dont claim something unless you are 100% and can back it up.
