Ok, when i was little, i used to have this nightmare almost every night, and last night it came back, and when i realized it was the same dream, it woke me up right at the worst part. o.o

Well, if it's recurring then it's obviously happening for a reason. There must be something troubling you from your past that's triggering this dream. You should find out what that is. I recommend a dream interpreting site. There's a lot out there. You can look up the nature of your dream and get a basic understanding of why this dream keeps returning. Hope this helps.

i think i already know what's troubling me, cuz my biological dad was in the dream too, and i woke up screaming "Daddy!"
