What kind of shifts do you experience typically, if any?

For myself!
My theriotypes are red fox, timberwolf, and domestic cat (3 that I know of)
I experience mostly mental and phantom shifts
My notes is that, to trust your instincts. Groups aren't always right.
I want people to know that we aren't scary or going to be super weird towards you. We just are different. And different is scary to you, so please be kind. :(
