Honestly, it's whatever comes to mind.

I really don't understand how Wednesday got the ratings that it did. I'm wondering if people just have no idea what's good and what's bad.
And what's even more unbelievable is that Tim Burton directed that. I'm not a huge fan of him, but I really do love his animated films. He's great, but really should not have directed Wednesday.
It's a teen murder mystery, whereas I feel like Tim Burton only does well when he's able to create his own world and his own characters. It's absolutely ridiculous, how bad Wednesday was.
Countless plotholes, bad characters, awful comedy, and it's such a letdown to what I felt that it would be like. -
I think Jenna Ortega is a very good actress, but she was given so little to work with that her portrayal of Wednesday was the only memorable part of the entire show.
I'm so sick of people thinking that awful shows are good.
Of course, people can always have their opinions, but trash is just trash.
There's no way to say, "Wednesday's writing was bad, but Jenna Ortega justifies that with her acting."
No, she doesn't. Her acting is good, but it doesn't make up for the amount of absolute garbage in the show. -
Firstly, I really don't mind that they didn't make Wednesday like the Wednesday in the Addams Family. She's a teenager, so I feel like wanting to portray her very differently was a good decision.
The entire show takes place in Nevermore, which is like some rip-off of Hogwarts, with tons of different kinds of "weirdos" (sirens, people with no face, vampires, gorgons, werewolves). Except we don't actually get into the lore about any of those other weirdos, and they only serve as background characters. -
Okay, time to talk about certain characters.
Tyler
Oh my gosh, what an absolute joke. His acting wasn't great, and we never get into his backstory. He just shows up as some moderately attractive "average" guy, and begins crushing on Wednesday Addams.
But why does he like her? Truthfully, there's nothing remotely attractive about her personality. She's cold-hearted, nasty, rude, deadpan, and doesn't care about Tyler at all. There's no reason for him to like her as much as he did. -
Xavier
Also a joke, why does he like Wednesday? Again, she's pretty much a horrible person. He's obsessed with her and it's so ridiculous. -
Enid
The actual embodiment of a cringey weird-kid. She's too excited, but at the same time she's goth in a colorful way. She's so different from everyone in Nevermore. She wears bright colors, has a loud personality, and is overall just a very vibrant person. But how come nobody else at Nevermore is like that? If you go to any normal school, you'll see that there's almost always more than one person like Enid. But at Nevermore, everyone else is just basic and has no individuality.
The only characters who stand out are Wednesday, who wears a custom black uniform for no reason. And Enid, because she's so colorful.
They should have given more personality to minor-characters. -
It's one of those shows where it goes into fifty different sideplots, that have no resolution. Their attempted character-arcs failed.

I binged Outer Banks a week ago, and I think it's honestly a really average show. Only thing that makes it stand out is that it has a very abnormal plot.
Two sides of the same island, hate each other. They're mortal enemies, but can go from being friendly with each other to holding guns to each others' heads. You're either super-duper rich, or super poor. There's no middle class. Rich girl meets poor guy, they fall in love because he's so different, her ex can't take it and tries to push him off of a 40+ foot tower.
She talks about how much she doesn't want her life, even though she's super privileged and anybody else would be grateful for what she has. She has an insane older brother who's an addict and kills a police officer to frame his sister's new boyfriend for the officer's death.
Meanwhile, the poor kids are all searching for hundred of millions of gold that people haven't been able to find for over a hundred years. They think it can solve all of their problems, even though they're not likely to find it, and refuse to think rationally in order to fix all of their financial problems. They think that as soon as they find that gold, that all is good. But what about people who would kill to get that gold? Nope, didn't think of it.
I actually like the idea that they're looking for treasure, but aren't thinking rationally about it, of course it's because they're teenagers. It adds a lot of dimension to the plot, because no matter how smart they may be, they don't truly understand how dangerous looking for the gold is.
Plus, the bad guy is a horrible person, but manipulates people into thinking that he only wants what's best for him.
Meanwhile, rich girl hears that her new boyfriend is framed for the murder and runs away with him, even though she has no logical reason to. His friends help them escape by stealing a boat, money, food, and fuel, and everything else, despite probably having enough money for some of those things. All the while one of the kids is struggling with an abusive father, rich girl who's ungrateful and hangs out with the lower-class kids because they're "not fake" is having mommy issues, and the last guy wants to remain loyal to his friends despite them getting him into so much trouble.
Anyways, they go out on their boat, just the two lovers, and run away. They get chased out to sea, where they romanticize their lives until their boat capsizes.
Everyone is so sad, because everybody thinks that they're dead.
Skip ahead a season and "omg" they're alive!! They didn't die, despite being in a horrific storm. It's probably because of their love for one another. They hitchhike on a ship that's smuggling illegal goods, where they find out that they're actually fugitives and plan to turn them in once they find land. They manage to escape and hide out in a hotel, where they SnapChat their friends back home and are like, "YOLO WE MADE IT."
Their friends are so excited and things are starting to look up. Rich princess' dad is actually the murderer or her boyfriend's father, so now the kids back home and trying to get him convicted. The police are in the middle of a feud between three unreliable teenagers and a prominent landowner who seems like a great guy (but, psst, he's actually a murderer). The kids are horrified that the police take the rich guy's side.
Meanwhile poor boy and his rich girlfriend (but now wife, because they're ridiculous and have decided that because they love each other so much, they want to get eloped and have a dog) are trying to steal the gold back. In which, rich girlfriend proves that she's actually way better and braver than her now "husband". She gets shot by her crazy brother, and their father is like "What the heck, Rafe, you just shot your sister". While Rafe is trying to get the approval of his father, who either hates or loves him.
Rich girl goes to an illegal doctor, where he performs surgery on her. A few minutes later she dies. Then revives, because love is just that strong.
Fast forward, now there's not just a bunch of gold involved, but also a massive gold cross. Everyone is on a massive cargo ship, and the evil-corrupt-rich-dad is just trying to get his daughter back from this insane boy. He struggles with her, since she watched him murder someone.
Lots of stuff happens, she slaps him, removes herself from the family, and her realizes that he can't get her back so he tries to kill her. Her hubby beats up her dad before she dies, and nearly kills him the same way that the rich-guy killed his dad. They get onto an escape boat, where Rafe tries to shoot them because he's already committed a few murders, so what's a few more?
They find land and name is "Pogue Island", and never realize that they just left the safety of a community, where they had food, water, friends, family, and are now on a deserted island where they will surely die.
But no, because they're with their friends so everything is okay, because the power of love always prevails. -
I really hate when people complain about not having the body that they want, while they do nothing to actually get it.
Like, I don't feel bad for someone who's complaining that they want a beach-body, who's sitting at home. -
And people can't complain if they're not even trying.
