I've tried a lot of stuff, and I can't get medicated for ADHD, so I was wondering if anyone in this vast community had anything that helped them with RSD?

As in Repetitive Stress Disorder?

I would say try using a heating pad on the area that causes you lots of pain. That helps me with my pains sometimes. Another thing is rest would obviously help out to. Try to be gentle with urself. If the pain still hurts a lot consider getting it looked at.

Rsd is rejection sensitive disphoria

Isn't it a disorder that makes u feel weak when u put pressure on your muscles or bones alot like repetitive stress disorder?

Lol I didn't check this for a bit but Eggaly was right. It is not a muscle disorder,if it was I don't think I would post about it in the study but thank you. 😅

Many kids and adults with ADHD struggle to separate when a statement is directed specifically at them or when it’s something more general. You take things personally that may not be personal. Teach your self to pause before responding to a question or answer by saying, “That’s a good question/comment. Let me think about it.” Then, you can better assess what’s being said. Remind yourself that other people can say thoughtless or hurtful things sometimes that are more about them than you. The rejection you perceive may not be purposeful.

Another suggestion is fidget toys I know those can help distract people and cope with anxiety alot of at least it does for most people. My personal favorite is the pop it's and fidget cube.
