Thread Topic: I have a question
-
Is it normal to get really mad at little things, like my sister will take my blanket and in turn I want to lick her down and pull her hair or kids will say something that annoys me or makes me angry and I want to punch them is it also normal to get sad or insulted easily like my sister got mad at me for popping the button on some jeans we share and I couldn't stop crying I felt really bad and my aunt kept saying things about how I ate alot compared to my sister and it hurt my feelings really bad
-
Also is it normal to have a hard time talking to family members like your aunt or uncle because you feel like you're not like them
-
That's normal. I think everybody feels like they want to have an "irrational" reaction towards small frustrations, they just don't voice it.
That's also normal, and valid. People seem to think that being family automatically means you'll be similar to them, or that you'll "click." But that just isn't true. Family members can be so wildly different. (Probably doesn't help your aunt insulted you, which is incredibly rude. I hope you're feeling better now.) -
Yeah, they're both normal

Agreed, it happens to me too.
