I don't know, but I do know that you can surgically chop someone's brain in half and they'll still live.

i assume it would be incredibly difficult and there'd be a high chance of rejection like with other organs but i think it's "possible'

Mine. Put me under and perform surgery rip my brain out then someone put mei under and surgically put my brain into her skull

And mei I know my big brain is a problem here but if we could just squish it in maybe this will all work out
