Thread Topic: Questioning the human bottle

Is it really bad to hold in thoughts in every situation? Seems like an obvious yes but at what point is it over sharing? Looking forward to any response.
-
josh, what are you doing here? just to ask this question >:c
-
it all depends on who you're sharing with.

We all know I'm not allowed to die peacefully.
Go on like a tier list from best friend to passerby -
well it's not a flat tier list. sometimes there's things you dont want to say to your best friend and sometimes there's someone you dont know well who's willing to listen that you feel comfortable saying everything to. it's not a very straightforward question
-
Its a trick question anyway there is no right answer

It's not bad to hold thoughts in, but you should always have a person (or people) to go to that you trust to vent. The hardest thing to do is even out normal conversation/venting. I continuously have that problem.
The bed thing to do is not bottle your emotions in. It isn't healthy for you or your mental state in the long run.
