I'm feeling upset right now and I'm not sure why

Oh to sleep for a million years
To wake up when sorrows have faded away
To see all my woes are gone
To walk up golden steps, to walk through pearly gates
To see the smile of a newborn child
To witness once more the miracle of life
To love someone and receive the same
To leave the world feeling satisfied
To breathe one final breath in joy
To hear the whispers in the trees
To have those who care not for me love me
To have those who love me love me even more
To feel accepted, loved, and wanted
To see suns rise and fall with stars to take their place
I want to see and feel and smell and touch and taste the world and come back satisfied -
I could
A. Rant and vent and throw a little pity party for myself because I'm not feeling good
B. Take some time to rest, relax, and not do something I'll regret later on.
Well gee -
I'm just grimacing because I can't smile lol
Smile brings the serotonin and serotonin makes me happy so I'm trying to get them -
