Well, why stop at England?

How about this. We record music together, and it's magical music, then we put it on the radio on every station in the world at the exact same time, and never take it off. They're constantly listening to it, and even the birds are constantly singing it, so it reaches every corner of the earth. It's magic that we put in it will make them believe with all their hearts that we are their rulers and friends.
