Why do we live?
all a life consists of is the same old BS
Eat, Sleep, Obey the Law and go to work/school.and have a family The average human being spends 70% of their life working meaning most of a man's or woman's life is spent doing a job but for what? A piece of paper that has a value on it?
Life is pointless and to be honest if I had the Courage I would probably get rid of it. I don't "like" living because living is advancing a society that's not perminate. we are all going to die so why do we live what is the point of life? Nothing thats the answer and I'm not looking forward to the rest of my life I flat out hate it. -
A Thing Isn't Beautiful Because It Lasts. The Same Goes For Life. Yes It’s All The Same, And We'll All Die No Doubt. But I Find It Interesting To Be Apart of This Life...

I just reread what I said and f--- I honestly think I need to see someone dam

And to think I still think about that

First, I get it. If there is nothing more to life than just going and going till you die that would seem pointless. But there has to be more to it than that. Do you ever wonder what happens after you die?
-
Whether the afterlife is a thing or not, which I personally believe it is I'm still a Christian, even though I'm gay as hell is what happens after life.
My points were on life itself it seems rather pointless to live and the only reason why I would keep on living is because of religion and the afterlife. Because suicide would result in going to hell in my religion so I choose to wait for my time. -
But if you are a Christian, why would you go to hell? What does being a Christian mean to you?

To me, being a Christian is different from being religious. It's about having a relationship with God.
In the Bible it says "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." I also believe that there is a hell, but there is also a Savior. We are all sinners, and because of this we all deserve death, to burn in hell forever. But God loves us and he made a way for us to be delivered from such a terrible fate. He gave us a gift: his only son. That whosoever believes in him (Jesus) will NOT perish but have everlasting life. All we have to do is accept this gift. Acts 16:31 says "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. "
I don't mean to sound "preachy" and I say this because I believe it with my whole heart. I want to share this hope with you because it gives me much comfort and joy. As a Christian, I have a purpose. I'm here to live for God: to bring glory and honor to him with all that I do, and he daily helps me, strengthens and encourages me. He is always there. He is so faithful and so good. His peace and presence are truly indescribable, but they are very real. Even when my soul is weary, even when I feel like my heart is breaking, I have a hope, a comfort, a friend. One of my favorite Bible verses is Psalms 34:18 "The Lord is close to the broken hearted; he saves those who are crushed in spirit."
I don't know what your life is like, I don't even know your name. But God does. He sees you and he cares. He wants you to come to him. He's waiting. He loves you.
And though the wages of sin is death, God is offering you a gift. All you have to do is take it. -
It's not about a religion in the sense of following a certain system of rituals, but a true relationship. When you accept Christ as your Savior you become a child of God. You are now a part of His family and have a promised home in heaven.
You serve him because you love him and want to please him. Prayer isn't something that you just chant or do out of practice, it's literally a way to talk to God anywhere at any time. And about anything. He understands our weakness and cares about our struggles. The Bible says "Casting all your cares on Him; for He cares for you" the Bible also says "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you."
