But what do you, personally, think happiness feels like? My therapist asked me, and it took me about five minutes to realize I didn't have an answer.
So, I'm curious. What does happiness feel like, to you guys? -
Lake NewbieWell, in my mind happiness is the feeling of my dry lips being stretched in the formation called a smile, or the rush of air coming out which is known as laughing. When I do these things people tell me I must be happy.

It varies. There's no objective definition of happiness. If you didn't have an answer, there's no fulfillment or pre-meditated delusion that you're happy. It really means that your existence is really wandering in a vast vicinity of confusion and incompletion. People who are wary and closer to death still haven't discovered what they must live for or what they have been living for. Do you really think some people have the will to be lifted from the flames they were placed? Unhappiness and happiness is something so easily habitual that when you manage to come out of either of those delusionary states, you want to go run back.
