I have terrible eye bags and darkness under my eyes as well.
The simple answers are more sleep and drinking more water. Staying hydrated can help.
There are a variety of different tricks and "remedies" to eye bags. You can check them out and try them as you please. -
Drinking water is a good idea. I don't really drink that much water. I've heard that eating salty foods makes eyebags more prominent, so I need to eat less of that type of stuff
