What does mental disorder mean to you?

Do you believe mental disorders are real? When you hear the word, do you only think of very bad ones? Do you think common (depending on level of such thing) should count as a mental disorder?

I believe that they are real and people who claim otherwise are just looking to either bring the person afflicted down or make themselves feel better. The first mental disorder coming to mind for me is soemthing I ahve my self which is Autism. I'm not sure what you mean with the last part doe.

Common as like anxiety, depression, bipolar ect.

Yes I do think that they should be considered mental disorders. If there is something wrong with their brain then they need to receive help, that's not me calling them crazy as I also have Anxiety and a family member has depression but no matter how common they should still be treated like mental disorders
