  You won't really find anything for free unless you are okay with user based therapy. :/
  
  If you're having a problem that you need to talk aboht, go to yourlifeyourvoice and go to email or text contact. You could call them, too. They are very good. I emailed them and they really care.
  
  7CupsOfTea is an app where users help you. You get paired with a helper. They aren't professionals, though, if you're okay with that.
