That's really all I have to say.

That's not entirely what I feel, personally. I think that some people are genuinely sad and need help or a person to talk to. But half of the time, all I see is these posts about how life is so hard and that they're gonna crack. I mean, I know that some people are actually sad/depressed/conflicted but there are others who just seem to be attention whores. I don't want to sound callous to their situations, but I can't believe that 8/10 of the people here are as sad as they try to get us to believe.

This is like telling someone they can't be happy because others have it better? Like, yeah, people can exaggerate their sadness. But is that really that harmful to you or to anyone else except maybe themselves? Invalidating someone's feelings because of the possibility that they ~might~ be exaggerating isn't worth the trouble and is p rude. And there's nothing wrong with needing/wanting attention, as long as you aren't seeking it in harmful ways (i.e. that Voices dude faking suicide and s---).

I agree with UnLoving. Also some people can't help feeling like that.

Also I'd like to add that that's a very ignorant thing to say, it means you can't imagine how anyone could feel any different than you do

"I think that some people are genuinely sad and need help or a person to talk to."
She very clearly stated that she didn't think that people weren't really depressed, or that they didn't really need help. Unloving, I feel like you just took this chance to use ahonestly very overusedTumblr quote, and that really twisted Rain's words.
