I can barely talk to teachers and it usually takes a few minutes of awkward stuttering for me to finally spit it out. When I try to talk to strangers or order food, my lips move but my words don't come out. I think a lot and want to share my ideas but I can't word them right and I end up looking really stupid.

I know how you feel, dude. A lot of that just stems from negative self-perception, not feeling good enough, just plain letting all the people who try to make you feel worthless live in your head rent-free. I'm almost 23 and I still have to deal with the crazy social anxiety you do. Really the best advice I can give you is to remind yourself that you are really no worse than anyone else on this planet. Have you heard some of the stupid stuff people say? f---, there are people on CNN and Fox News who get paid out the ass to talk out of their ass. I'm leaping a little bit here but that's just my personal experience, just not having a lot of self-confidence or having really high expectations for myself. But really no one is worse or better than the rest, so really I just don't stress about it anymore.
