Makeup is used for a person's beauty to emanate from their faces. It is a form of art for the user's face, it has many colors and many things to choose from. The makeup on your face expresses who you are and how unique you are, it also is the definition of you. I don't see how makeup is bad, so what celebrities use them? It's not like they are encouraging people to wear makeup just to be so materialistic. People wanna wear makeup to cover up something realy embarrasing, people wanna wear it because they like makeup, people wanna wear it because it's THEM.

Makeup is used to look better on camera. During plays, light colored makeup can be used to lighten the face so when the stage lights hit the actors, you can see their faces better.
