I've been reading articles on Wikihow on OBE and though manifestation happens quickly there, bad thoughts can can also happen, usually my mind can go off into topics that I dont like and I sometimes think off scary ones for no reason. I really wanna do OBE but my paranoia is stopping me. Can someone tell me how to stop it?I'm not being dramatic, I really wanna do Astral Projection.

Thank you but I meant surviving with my paranoia. If I stay in OBE too long or have any emotion but calm, the silver cord will delay me from my body .
